The final Downtown Downbeat for this year is Thursday at 7 p.m. at Weisiger Park, and will feature Rags And Riches, a pop duo that is energetic and electrifying.

This duo is bringing their electronic and percussion heavy music paired with a light show to Weisiger Park.

Beforehand, Constitution Square Park will host music by Devan Bishop on guitar at 6 p.m.
