Throughout the week, crews have been working at Constitution Square to repair the cabins, buildings and sidewalks around the park. For repairs and improvements to the park, the Boyle County Fiscal Court allocated nearly $500,000 along with funds from the American Rescue Plan Act.

“Constitution Square is passion of mine. I have made it my pet project while in office. The park needed sprucing up, it hasn’t any real spruce up for several years,” said Boyle County Judge-Executive Trille Bottom. “We are trying to get the park up to the expectation that people want to see when they come to Constitution Square. We want it to look nice when people are traveling through or on vacation and make it a destination. We own it so we need to take care of it.”
