Masonic fish fry today

Danville’s Masonic Lodge is having its spring fish fry today (April 8) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the lodge located at 400 North Fourth St. The menu includes breaded cod fish, cole slaw, corn on the cob, French fries baked beans, hushpuppies, banana pudding, coffee, tea and lemonade. Tickets are $8 and children under age 12 tickets are $5. Everyone is welcome.

Horseback Easter egg hunt

The Trail Pleasure Saddle Club will have horseback Easter egg hunt for people of all ages at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 15 at Logan-Hubble Park, off of U.S. 27 between Lancaster and Stanford. Prizes will be awarded at about 4 p.m.

Commodities in Casey County

LIBERTY — Commodities will be distributed to income-eligible Casey County residents from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 12 at the Recycling Center located at 1175 Campbellsville Street. Recipients are asked to bring their own containers for easy storage and transportation.
