Garrard County grand jury indicts four

A Garrard County grand jury indicted the following four people on June 16:
• Nathanial Siler, 34, Village Square Apartments, Lancaster: second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking under $500; and first-degree being a persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $5,000. Officer W. Tudor with the Lancaster Police Department testified.
• Paul O. Kidd, 34, 3132 Arrowhead, Lexington: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs; resisting arrest; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; driving with no insurance; and five counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Officer J. Gibson with the Garrard County Police Department testified.
• Harlan Madden, 46, 39 Connie Lane, Stanford: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs; driving on a DUI-suspended license; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone); and driving without insurance. Bail was set at $2,500. Tudor testified.
• Michael Showman, 34, 356 Bratcher Lane, Lancaster: three counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; second-degree possession of a controlled substance (suboxone); possession of drug paraphernalia; and first-degree being a persistent felony offender.Bail was set at $10,000 cash. Officer Ryan Hughes with the Lancaster Police Department testified.
