Everything was coming up roses for the residents of Morning Pointe of Danville when they visited the Arboretum State Botanical Garden of Kentucky. Located on the grounds of the University of Kentucky in Lexington, the 100-acre botanical garden is home to many species of flowers, trees and shrubs. While at the arboretum, residents of the personal care community enjoyed a picnic on the grounds and walking the tour of gardens. Sometimes, it pays to stop and smell the roses.
