The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Sept. 27:

• Dallas Carlton, 25, 135 Aspen Drive, Danville: first-degree criminal trespassing; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $2,000. A.J. Mullins with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Joseph Dye, 23, 601 Phillips Lane, Junction City: first-degree criminal trespassing; second-degree criminal mischief; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $2,000. Mullins testified.

• Qulida Hashi, 22, 100 West Tenny Ave., Louisville: second-degree possession of a controlled substance, alprazolam. Bail was set at $2,000. Jake Shepherd with the Kentucky State Police testified.

• James Pingleton, 23, 100 Ashford Drive, Danville: first-degree criminal trespassing; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $2,000 and Mullins testified.

• Heavenli Rawlings, 23, 527 Atlee Drive, Harrodsburg: first-degree criminal trespassing; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $2,000 and Mullins testified.

• Sarah Rice, 22, 3190 Ky. 209, Lebanon: fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $2,000 and Mullins testified.

• Codie Widell, 27, 137 Bonta Lane, Danville: possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,000. Aaron Sparks with the DPD testified.

• Lloyd Abbott Jr., 36, 3689 Claredon Drive, Lexington: first-degree rape of a female less than 12 years old; first-degree sodomy of a female less than 12. Bail was set at $100,000. Donnie Moses with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Amber Ball, 30, 126 Tanner Circle, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $2,000 and Keith Addison with the BCSO testified.

• Marcus Beasley, 26, 513 Russell St., Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
