Mercer County grand jury hands up indictments on 11

The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on Jan. 16:
• Cinnamon Tatum, 50, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. B. Cloyd with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.
• Robert Sawyer, 39, Bowling Green: second-degree escape by failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as order by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Marcus Beasley, 26, Danville: first-degree fleeing or evading police. Bail was set at $5,000, David Prather with MCSO testified.
• Kyle Webb, 34, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Taylor Smith with HPD testified.
• Edwin Browning, 56, Harrodsburg: driving under the influence. Bail was set at $5,000. TJ Godbey with HPD testified.
• David Drury, 50, Harrodsburg: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot. Bail was set at $5,000. Bill Cruce with MCSO testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; violation of a protective order; DUI. Bail was set at $5,000. Aaron Steele testified.
• Timothy Yeager, 30, Harrodsburg Road: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000. A. Miller with HPD testified.
• Michael Cavanah, 32, Danville: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Lanham & Company, PSC; third-degree terroristic threatening of an officer. Bail was set at $5,000. M. Tims with the HPD testified.
• William Jones, 58, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance,meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $5,000 and Steele with the HPD testified.
• Roger Pendleton, 47, Liberty: manufacturing meth; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, straw. Bail was set at $20,000. Derek Patterson with the HPD testified.
• Ashlee Worley, 33, Harrodsburg: four counts third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; four counts theft by unlawful taking of merchandise valued less than $500. Bail was set at $5,000. David Jenkins with Walmart loss prevention testified.
