The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on May 15:

• Brooklyn Singleton, 27, Harrodsburg: flagrant nonsupport. Bail was set at $5,000 non-refundable. Lori Stinnett with Child Support Enforcement testified.

• Charles Lopez, 41, Hustonville: flagrant nonsupport. Bail was set at $5,000 non-refundable. Brandy Dean testified for the Commonwealth.

• Kenny Vineyard, 39, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000 and Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.

• Henry Baker, 51, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000. Tanner Abbott with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Jack Hill, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $10,000 and Abbott testified.

• Bennie Hume, 55, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $10,000 and Abbott testified.

• Jason Brammer, 38, Harrodsburg: fourth-degree assault by stabbing the victim with a knife. Bail was set at $5,000. Bill Cruse with the MSCO testified.

• Nehemiah Conley, 28, Harrodsburg: two counts receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 10-percent bond for each count and Cruce testified.

• Ruben Clark, 36, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine, second offense. Bail was set at $20,000. Blake Darland with Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Kevin Clark, 30, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, spoon. Bail was set at $5,000 10-percent bond. Michael Tims with the HPD testified.

• Walter Soard, 39, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine; driving under the influence of intoxicants. Bail was set at $5,000 10-percent bond. Scott Elder with MCSO testified.

• Michael Brown, 34, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $5,000 10-percent bond and Darland testified.

• Brandon Johnson, 33, Harrodsburg: second-degree burglary; fourth-degree assault by choking the victim; violation of an emergency protective order. Bail was set at $15,000. Taylor Smith with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Franklin Aguiar, 43, Harrodsburg: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; second-degree wanton endangerment by pointing a firearm at the victim; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000. Akio Tonge with the HPD testified.

• William Kinkead, 36, Burgin: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe; DUI. Bail was set at $10,000 10-percent bond. Andrew Lay with the HPD testified.

• Jeffery Alcorn, 36, Danville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; seven counts first-degree wanton endangerment when he fired a gun that created substantial danger or death to two adults and five minors. Bail was set at $50,000 and Darland testified.
