Boyle County grand jury hands up indictments on 30

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Aug. 22:
• Kristen Ross, aka Kristen Snowden, 29, Danville: third-degree criminal facilitation to commit burglary by entering the Five & Dime; criminal facilitation to commit theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $2,000. Paul Megilligan with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Melissa Bandy, 47, Stanford: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a change of plea hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.
• Lawrence Barrow, 39, Harrodsburg: second-degree burglary; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000. Ben Ray with the DPD testified.
• Garnetta Benge, 50, Junction City: two counts second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Jacob Ruhe with DPD testified.
• Harlan Bivins, 39, Russell Springs: two counts first-degree promoting contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Michael Clem with the BCDC testified.
• Zachary Boatley, 26, Somerset: second-degree assault. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Clem testified.
• Jessica Burton, 32, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $10,000. Tanner Abbott with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Ricky Camden, 25, Parksville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Lesha Cornett, 58, Danville: two counts first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Clem testified.
• Roger Cornett, 48, Danville: two counts first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Clem testified.
• Angela Daugherty, 32, Lancaster: two counts first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Clem testified.
• Joshua Denson, 36, Junction City: two counts first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Clem testified.
• Matthew Ellis, 29, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl, second offense; failure to give proper signal when driving. Bail was set at $20,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
• Margaret Farthing, 72, Danville: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; driving under the influence of intoxicants. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Steven Debord with the DPD testified.
• Christopher Francisco, 29, Orlando, Kentucky: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; tampering with physical evidence; persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $20,000. David Lewis with the DPD testified.
• Dejan Haddis, 33, Washington, D.C.: first-degree fleeing or evading police; tampering with physical evidence; DUI second offense; driving on suspended license; reckless driving. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Chase Broach with the DPD testified.
• Bradford Hensley, 41, Danville: DUI fourth offense; driving on DUI suspended license; driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at $5,000. Ashleigh Koch with the DPD testified.
• John Hocker, 30, Shelbyville: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $5,000 each count and Wilson testified.
• Andrew Horn, 35, Harrodsburg: two counts first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Clem testified.
• Brittany Maples, 27, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Joseph Milburn, 31, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Jude Remilien with DPD testified. Second-degree escape by failing to return to the jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Maurino Ramirez, 30, Danville: DUI fourth offense. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey Whittle with DPD testified.
• Robin Snowden Jr., 37, Nicholasville: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000 belonging to Five & Dime; second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Megilligan testified.
• Buddy Stanley, 55, Shelbyville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; driving on suspended license; driving without liability insurance; expired plates. Bail was set at $10,000 and Abbott testified.
• Zachary Vanderteems, 33, Danville: failure to comply with sex offender registry. Bail was set at $5,000. Aaron Rainwater with DPD testified.
• Lauren Wallace, 19, Kings Mountain: possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Aiden Wells, 23, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Eli Wells, 30, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Nora Wells, 26, Danville: first-degree promoting contraband into the jail. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Braydon Hopper with DPD testified.
• Rebecca Whitehouse, 21, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
