New fountains are nice. The problem is that pumps and systems must be maintained. Fountains must be winterized and “unwinterized” every year or pipes break. Maintenance of items bought and paid for by taxpayer dollars does not appear to have a high priority in our city. Reference the street lights on Main Street.
