Elizabeth Palmer Noe

1928 – 2020

Mrs. Elizabeth Palmer Noe, 92, of Paint Lick, Kentucky, the widow of George M. Noe, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020.

Mrs. Noe was born on March 4, 1932 in Danville, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late William A. and Nancy Arnold Palmer. She was a homemaker and a member of The Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. Mrs. Noe loved to garden and she also loved to quilt. She was a member of the Wallaceton Homemakers and had served with the Meals on Wheels program as a part of First Baptist Church in Richmond.

Survivors include three sons: George W. Noe (Carole), Robert L. Noe (Avonda) and Roy M. Noe (Carolyn); one sister: Lucille Snyder; seven grandchildren: Nancy Carpenter (John), Nathan Noe, Michael Noe (Celessa), Bill Noe, Erin Noe, Tommy Noe (Tara) and Jonathan Noe (Keri) as well as ten great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister: Virginia Renfro.

A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at The Manse Cemetery at Paint Lick. Family members will serve as pallbearers.

Those who are invited to attend the service are asked to observe COVID-19 Mandates of Face Coverings and Social Distancing.

The Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home of Richmond, is in charge of the arrangements.
