Missing child found safe after reported missing

A girl who was reported missing has been found safe.
Emma Dunaway, 5, was reported missing about 7:13 p.m. Monday in the area of 9800 Lebanon Road, according to the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office. She was found safe three hours later in a wooded area of Boyle County after a massive manhunt.
Drones, dogs and a helicopter were called in for the search that included about 400 people, according to the Boyle County Fire Department.
The girl had just wandered away from home, according to Boyle County Fire.
Assisting in the search were: Boyle County Sheriffs Office, Boyle County Emergency Management, Boyle County EMS, Kentucky State Police, Kentucky Emergency Management, Kentucky Fish & Wildlife and the Kentucky Department of Corrections.
