Looking Back: Bluegrass Area Development officials, 1977

A group of Lincoln and Garrard County officials met October 26, 1977, with Bluegrass Area Development District Chairman Don Ormsby, judge-executive of Bourbon County, at Dix River Country Club in Stanford. The group approved an educational project — Education for the Handicapped Act for Lincoln County High School. The $16,640 project was funded by Kentucky Bureau for Exceptional Children.
