Thursday afternoon was a good day for Christmas elves to do some tidying up of fall landscaping and hang a few strands of twinkling holiday lights at Danielle’s Drive-Away Cafe on Lebanon Road. The elves are really Marty and Dave Walls, who often visit her daughter, Danielle Dampier, at the cafe and do a few chores around the business.

After wrapping Christmas lights around the outside posts, Dave Walls takes a wheelbarrow full of other fall plants and pumpkins to be discarded.
