• Hunter K. Overstreet: second-degree burglary, amended to first-degree criminal trespassing, 90 days, suspended 79 days, credit for 11 days served, 1 year probation; public intoxication of controlled substance, same sentence as above charge, concurrent with each other and other Boyle County cases.

• Brittany Douglas: second-degree criminal mischief, amended to first-degree, amended to second-degree, 60 days, suspended 60 days, 2 years probation, restitution $2,262.52.

• Vincent Chandler Matthews: fraudulent use of credit card between $500 and $1,000, 90 days, suspended 88 days, credit for 2 days served, 1 year probation; shoplifting, same sentence as above, not to be on Planet Fitness premises, no contact with victim; no / expired registration plates, $25 fine; no insurance, $100 fine; failure to wear seatbelts, $25 fine.

• Ashley B. Moyer: DUI aggravated circumstances, 4 days, credit for 2 days served, $200 fine.

• Rebecca May Mattingly: alcohol intoxication in public place first and second offense, $25 fine; resisting arrest, 1 day, credit for 1 day served.

• Garnette Noe: shoplifting, 90 days, credit for 50 days served, restitution $79.98.

• Kylee B. Lucas: third-degree criminal trespassing, $100 fine.
