• Oscar Enrique Cummins: fourth-degree assault dating violence (no visible injury), 365 days, suspended 364 days, credit for 1 day served, 2 years probation, comply with all family court orders.

• Jacob Hendricks: third-degree terroristic threatening, 365 days, suspended 360 days, credit for 5 days served, 2 years probation, comply with all emergency protective orders / domestic violence orders, mental health / substance abuse evaluation.

• Vera Benthall: endangering the welfare of a minor, 30 days, suspended 1 day, credit for 29 days served, 1 year probation.

• Darius Victor: fourth-degree assault no visible injury, 30 days, credit for 30 days served; no insurance, same sentencing as above charge.

• Brittany Smith: theft by deception include cold checks between $500 and $1,000, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 1 year probation.

• Jerod R. Smith: DUI aggravated circumstances, 4 days, credit for 1 day served, $200 fine.

• Tonia Harris: third-degree burglary, amended to attempt, 365 days, suspended 365 days, 2 years probation, not to be on Walmart premises.

• Karen Marie Wilson: buy / possess drug paraphernalia, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 2 years probation; first-degree trafficking in controlled substance (meth), amended to attempt, 365 days, suspended 362 days, credit for 3 days served, 2 years probation; second-degree possession of controlled substance (amphetamine), 90 days, suspended 90 days, 2 years probation; third-degree burglary, amended to second-degree criminal trespassing, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 2 years probation.

• Erin Wells: shoplifting, 9 days.

• Xavier L. Brown: driving on DUI suspended license, 30 days, suspended 28 days, credit for 2 days served, 1 year probation.

• Jeffrey Moore: DUI aggravated circumstances, 4 days, credit for 2 days served, $200 fine.
