4-H Animal Science Club

Jaymie Ross addresses a group of more than 75 who showed up Sept. 5 at the 4-H Animal Science Club meeting at the Boyle County Extension building. This was the first Animal Science Club meeting of the year and the students were taught about dairy cows and goats, sheep, pigs and poultry. They kids were able to watch a cow being milked thanks to the Southland Mobile Dairy, learned how to make butter and Ross gave a goat milk soap-making demonstration.
