The final Downtown Downbeat for this year has been moved to Friday at 7 p.m. at Weisiger Park because of rain. The event will be combined with Bourbon Chase activities and will feature the pop duo Rags And Riches.

Beforehand, Constitution Square Park will host music by Devan Bishop on guitar at 6 p.m.
