Joe Ann Barnes, 86

Joe Ann Barnes, 86, of Danville, KY, died peacefully at home July 10, 2024. She was wife to Crit Barnes for 67 years, and Mamma to Robin Hart (David) and Heather Ramey (Greg). She was “Cookie” to grandchildren Nathaniel Deaton and “Meemaw” to Keegan and Laken Ramey. Joe Ann was best known as owner, caterer, hostess and baker of Sweet Difference restaurant. Crit will be hosting a Going Home gathering at his home soon. The family sincerely thanks Heritage Hospice for the love and care they have and are continuing to provide.
