Pet of the Week

The Pet – err, Pets of the Week – are three magical cats: Mrs. Darling, Tinkerbell, and Peter Pan. They’re ready for a new fantasy world and hope it’s with you! Mrs. Darling has a sleek, soft, gray coat and giant golden eyes that take in everything she sees. She’s a bit nervous around new people but very loving with her foster dad, so we know she’s an affectionate gal once she’s comfortable with you!
Her babies Peter Pan and Tinkerbell are chunky little things who love being held and cuddled. They’re so good-looking, too! Both are gray, but Peter Pan has lighter gray fur while Tinkerbell is a darker gray. Both of them are fun and like to play with toys, and they’re good nappers, too!
The three fabulous felines are vaccinated and will be fixed soon, but you can take them home now! Email info@dbchs.org to set up a meet and greet with Mrs. Darling, Tinkerbell, and Peter Pan. “Dreams do come true if only we wish hard enough”. Make their dreams come true and take one (or three) home with you. Apply now: dbchs.org/adopt.
On a different note, do you want a purrfectly imperfect pet portrait? We’ve got you – it’s Cats & Crayons time, friends! The Danville-Boyle County Humane Society is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) established in 1972 that promotes the humane treatment of animals through compassionate care, engagement, and support.
