The deadline for enrollment for Solarize Boyle has been extended to September 1.

The Solarize Boyle installation contractors, Solar Energy Solutions and Solar Holler, have asked that the deadline for homeowners to make program enrollments be extended to September 1. Inquiries have increased recently, and the installation contractors are confident that with enrollment by September 1, and contracts finalized by October 1, they can meet the Solarize Boyle goal to complete installations by year-end.

Solarize Boyle is a program that aims to assist homeowners, small businesses, farmers, and non-profit organizations in Boyle and six surrounding counties to install solar panels on their homes or buildings at discounted rates. Solarize Boyle volunteers provide a pre-screening of your home to determine if solar is viable, then connect people with the installers and provide a step-by-step explanation of the procedure.
