1927-2017

Robert H. Culton, 89, of Maitland, Fla., passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 in Orlando, Fla. He was born July 29, 1927 to the late Eugene and Margaret Johnson Culton.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Anna Bennett Culton. Robert served our country proudly in the Navy. He was very successful in the boating industry, manufacturing fiberglass boats called Kentucky Molded Boats in Burgin, Kentucky from 1953-1960 and owned Bonito Boat Co. in Florida from 1962-1986. He was a faithful member of Killarney Baptist Church in Florida.

Surviving is a son Robert Culton (Tonya) of Florida; two sisters, Helen Price of Florida and Geneva Glasscock of Gravel Switch. Robert was preceded in death by three brothers Eugene, Tom, and Daniel Culton and four sisters, Thelma May, Anna Thompson, Crystal Gregory, and Catherine Thompson.

Funeral services 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Parksville Christian Church with Rev. Frank Preston officiating. Visitation will be 1 p.m. until service time. Burial in Parksville Cemetery in Parksville, KY. www.prestonpruitt.com
