Free camp for kids

Our Savior Lutheran Church is having a free kids sports camp from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3, for children ages 5-13. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided and a bounce house will be on site all day. There will also be  basketball games and drills provided by coaches from Campbellsville University Harrodsburg. Fun run to support ALS

The annual KC’s Gymnastics’ 4-mile run/walk is continuing as the “ALS Run to Remember,” benefitting people fighting ALS, on Saturday, Sept. 30, at Millennium Park. The fun run begins at 8 a.m. and the 4-mile race starts at 8:30 a.m. Walkers are also encouraged to participate.

Entry fees are $20 through Friday, Sept. 29; and $25 on race day; $50 family for three to five runners; $5 for the fun run. You may register online at http://bit.ly/2vWX1wD by Sept. 28.
