LIBERTY — A Harrodsburg resident was killed in a motorcycle wreck on U.S. 127 in Casey County Saturday.

Joseph L. Galloway, 58, of Harrodsburg, was pronounced dead at the scene, about 2 miles north of Dunnville, by the Casey County Coroner, according to Kentucky State Police.

Galloway “was operating a southbound motorcycle when the bike left the roadway and struck a guardrail,” according to KSP. He was ejected from the motorcycle and was not wearing a helmet, the release says. 

Kentucky State Trooper Adam Likins is investigating the wreck. Likins was assisted at the scene by the Liberty Police Department, Casey County EMS and Dunnville Fire Department.
