Pets of the week; Feb. 6

Our featured pets this week are Topaz and Kitty.

Topaz

Topaz is a beautiful tortoiseshell that is close to one year old. She has pretty golden eyes and cute orange markings on her face. Topaz was brought in as a stray, but she is a friendly and quiet girl. She has a calm demeanor, enjoys being petted and had no problem with the adjustment of entering the humane society. Topaz will make a lovely companion if you choose to make her part of your family.

Kitty is a precious five-month-old mixed breed puppy. She is of the short-legged, chunky body variety and weighs less than 25 pounds at this time. Kitty has a great personality. She is friendly and outgoing. On a recent visit in the humane society office, she quietly explored every corner and checked out all the toys in the toy box and then took a quick nap on the soft dog bed. Kitty is a sweet-heart and she would love to have a forever home by Valentines Day.
