God’s Hometown Church singing
JUNCTION CITY — God’s Hometown Church will have a singing at 6 p.m. Sunday, July 29, in the Stith Family Center in Junction City. Tony Pike and the Pemberton Brothers will be guest singers. Snacks will be served after the singing. Donald Lear, pastor, (859) 854-9293.
Boneyville Fish fry
STANFORD — Boneyville AME Church in Stanford will be having a fish fry beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 28. It will continue until all the food is gone.
Backyard Ministries free picnic
Danville First Church of God and its Backyard Ministries is having a free picnic from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 29, at Jackson Park in Danville. There will be inflatables and activities for the kids.
Eventide Trio from Kodak, Tennessee will provide live gospel music. Guests who want to enter the dunk tank or participate as a pitcher should bring a towel and appropriate swimwear.
