‘Trunk-r-Treat’ at church

Willow Grove Baptist Church is having a Trunk-r-treat from 5-7 p.m. Saturday. Soup will also be served inside the church, located at 4306 Stanford Road in Danville.

Junction City Trick or Treat

City wide trick or treat will be 5-7 p.m. Saturday. Trunk or Treat will be held on Shelby Street during that time.

Trick-or-treaters at Charleston

Residents and staff at Charleston Healthcare Center are welcoming all Halloween Trick or Treaters from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31. The center is located at 203 Bruce Court in Danville.

Trick or Treat on Main

Trick or Treat on Main will take place 5-7 p.m. Monday. Between Second and Fourth streets, representatives from downtown businesses as well as local churches and organizations will be passing out candy. Participants are asked to start at Weisiger Plaza or Constitution Square in order to pick up a special treat bag. The event will also include music by DJ TAO, face painting stations, and performances by the “Thriller” zombies. Constitution Square Park will also be “haunted” throughout the evening, courtesy of the Arts Commission of Danville/Boyle County.

City-wide Trick or Treat

Throughout Danville, neighborhood Trick or Treat is from 6-8 p.m., giving families the opportunity to hit downtown and then their own areas following the event.

Costume parade, contest at WTH

A Halloween costume parade and contest for kids will begin around 7 p.m. Monday at West T. Hill Community Theatre, 117 Larrimore Lane, after downtown trick-or-treat. Prizes awarded for best costumes.
