Boyle County grand jury indicts 30 in July

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on July 25:
• Enic Anderson, 35, 91 Third St., Junction City: second-degree criminal abuse when he allegedly placed a child age 12 or younger in a situation that could have caused serious injury. Bail was set at $5,000. Merle Baldwin with the Junction City Police Department testified.
• Taneisha Beasley, 29, 301 North Hill-n-Dale Dr.: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000 by taking property owned by J.C. Penny, Hibbett Sports, Goody’s and Burkes Outlet, or that another person did so by acting in complicity with Beasley to commit this crime. Bail was set at $5,000. Tanner Abbott with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Patricia Benge, 29, 104 Ashford Dr.: first-degree unlawful access to a computer for the purpose of getting money or property for herself by means of false representation. Bail was set at $10,000. Lisa Dollins with DPD testified.
• Kenneth Bolin, 44, 945 Minerva Ave., Louisville: first-degree robbery using force while armed with a dangerous weapon; first-degree escape from Northpoint Training Center; theft by unlawful taking of a vehicle valued between $500 and $10,000; theft by unlawful taking of property owned by Northpoint Training Center valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $40,000. Josh Chenault with Kentucky State Police testified.
• Shannon Bryant, 31, 102 East 12th St., Bowling Green: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment in Boyle Circuit Court. Bail was set at $5,000 each count. Kari Lamb testified.
• Amy Carmicle, 33, 91 Third St., Junction City: second-degree criminal abuse when she allegedly placed a child age 12 or younger in a situation that may have caused serious injury. Bail was set at $5,000. Baldwin testified.
• Timothy Coulter, 40, 4427 White Oak Road, Junction City: possession of a controlled substance, heroin and fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe; driving a vehicle without liability insurance. Bail was set at $5,000. Steven DeBorad with the DPD testified.
• Lloyd Graham, 49, 123 Beech St., Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $10,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Yolanda Jackson, 46, 203 Dorothy Ave., Danville: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000 taken from J.C. Penny, Hibbett Sports, Goody’s and Burkes Outlet. Bail was set at $5,000. Abbott testified.
• Jeffery Johnson, 56, 151 Cheryl Lane, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in Boyle Circuit Court. Bail was set at $5,000. Lamb testified.
• Adrian Lawless, 26, 130 Pawpaw Creek Road, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000. Aaron Sparks with the DPD testified.
• Robyn McIntyre, 43, 3461 Glendale Ave., Louisville: first-degree promoting contraband into Northpoint Training Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Kris Million, 53, 523 Denmark Dr., Danville: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, hydrocodone; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $15,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
• Hunter Morgan, 33, 4501 Copper Glenn Court, Lexington: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Lamb testified.
• Kyle Mullins, 32, 241 Sycamore St., Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $5,000. Jacob Ruhe with the DPD testified.
• Georgeanne Naylor, 53, 28 East Madison Ave., Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, hydrocodone. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Jason Neikirk, 37, 209 Waveland Ave., Danville: second-degree burglary; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Parker Hatter with the Perryville Police Department testified.
• Dalia Perez, 23, 1839 North Kostner, Chicago, Illinois: trafficking in marijuana less than 5 pounds. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Andrew Pettus, 21, 2715 Ky. 1273, Danville: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000 taken from JC Penny, Hibbett Sports, Goody’s and Burkes Outlet. Bail was set at $5,000. Abbott testified.
• Desma Phillips, 43, 115 Foster Lane, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Abbott testified.
• Michael Robinson, 37, 503 Maple Grove Road, Orlando, Kentucky: second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000 from Stewart Construction. Bail was set at $10,000. Hobie Daugherty with the DPD testified.
• Edgar Sanchez, 39, 4436 West Thomas St., Chicago: trafficking in marijuana less than 5 pounds. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Jordan Shoemaker, 27, 28 East Madison Ave., Danville: trafficking in a controlled substance, hydrocodone. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.
• Donald Stephens, 34, 306 Cherokee Trail, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. David Lewis with the DPD testified.
• Andrew West, 31, 205 Liddell St., Perryville: two counts third-degree assault by engaging in a physical altercation with deputies; second-degree criminal mischief by damaging property belonging to a deputy. Bail was set at $5,000. Addison testified.
• Billie Williams, 38, 10570 Ky. 550, Fisty, Kentucky: two counts fraudulently using an ID card for benefits; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia, straws. Bail was set at $5,000. Adam Wilson with the DPD testified.
• Aaron Voris, 38, 270 Robinson Roe Road, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Daugherty testified. Voris was also indicted for tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000. Sparks testified.
• Ryan Williams, 41, 2646 Wilson Valley Road, Science Hill: four counts theft by deception by allegedly falsely creating checks for payments to Industrial Park Distributors, Danville Lawn Mower, Weldquip and K&B Tires. Bail was set at $2,000. Donnie Moses with the BCSO testified.
• Sierra Younger, 20, 103 John St., Stanford: first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Lamb testified.
• Michael Dunn, 54, 440 Robin Drive, Stanford: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property valued less than $500 from Redi Mart; third-degree criminal mischief for allegedly damaging Redi Mart. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the BCSO testified.
