United we stand, divided we fall. It’s easy to become divided into camps when politics are involved. Left and right, city and county, black and white, town and gown. I don’t remember a time when the power of unity was needed more in our leadership than right now.

In addition to the energy, intelligence, and compassion Gary Chidester brings to our community, it’s his ability to bring people together to work on shared goals that is his greatest asset. We have some tough decisions to make about Boyle County’s future and we need leadership that is open-minded, progressive, respectful, fair and collaborative.

Gary Chidester is a uniter. A vote for Gary Chidester for Boyle County Judge-Executive on Nov. 6 is a vote for us all.
