The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on Oct. 31:

• Richard Rowlette, 56, Harrodsburg: first-degree assault. Bail was set at $20,000 and Matt Swabey with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Kerry Carr, 40, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $10,000 and Aaron Steele with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Roy Helm, 61, Lebanon: failure to comply with sex offender registry second or more offense. Bail was set at $10,000. Bill Cruse with MCSO testified.

• Tiffany Varvel, 29, 1204 Perryville Road, Danville: second-degree burglary. Bail was set at $10,000 and Cruse testified.

• Amber Sanford, 35, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Derek Patterson with the HPD testified.

• Deborah Jennings, 51, Frankfort: driving a vehicle under the influence, fourth offense. Bail was set at $5,000. TJ Godbey Jr. with the HPD testified.

• William Sacco, 22, Junction City: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $10,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.

• Elizabeth Medley, 48, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Alvis White, 38, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Cassidy Neeley, 20, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine. Bail was set at $5,000. Brian Cloyd with the HPD testsified.

• Lloyd Richardson, 47, Burgin: first-degree rape; first-degree unlawful imprisonment. Bail was set at $20,000. Casey Rucker with the Burgin Police Department testified.

• Angela Couch, 37, Danville: first-degree wanton endangerment when she operated a vehicle which caused extreme danger to a child; DUI fourth offense. Bail was set at $5,000. Michael Tims with the HPD testified.

• Tera Edgington, 32, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $10,000 and Aaron Steele with the HPD testified.

• Daisy Bradshaw, 47, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $5,000. Scott Elder with the MCSO testified.

• Tiffany King, 37, Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $5,000 and Elder testified.

• Jay Million, 24, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe; DUI. Bail was set at $5,000 and Steele testified.

• Ronald Coffman Jr., 34, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a straw; DUI. Bail was set at $5,000 and Godbey testified.

• Johnny Baker, 43, Harrodsburg: third-degree assault; resisting arrest; second-degree criminal mischief by damaging property of the Bluegrass Inn. Bail was set at $5,000 and Miller testified.

• Jeffery Price, 43, Salvisa: three counts criminal possession of a forged instrument (checks) for the amounts of $192.85, $75 and $176. Bail was set at $5,000 and Cruse testified.

• Alexandria Logan, 25, Harrodsburg: four counts criminal possession of a forged instrument (checks) for the amounts of $130, $190, $200, $168. Bail was set at $10,000 and Cruse testified.
