BUFFALO WINGS & RINGS
News release
Buffalo Wings & Rings opened in mid-December at 101 Commerce St., right off the Danville Bypass near Cattleman’s Roadhouse.
The owner is Shaun Hill who operates Buffalo Wings & Rings restaurants in Bardstown and Elizabethtown.
“We’re excited to provide an elevated sports restaurant experience in Danville and want to be the type of place where the whole family can have a good time and some great food, from the 99-year-old grandma down to a 2-year old child,” Hill said.
Hill and area manager Gabe Tolson will help get the restaurant open and then the day-to-day operations will be led by general manager Darryl Ellis.
Ellis was drawn to the brand after seeing Buffalo Wings & Rings CEO Nader Masadeh on Undercover Boss while he was visiting Kentucky from his home in Florida. He decided to check out the company’s Bardstown location, where he met Hill and mentioned that he had family in Danville. Hill hired Ellis to relocate to the area from Florida and be the general manager of the new Danville BW&R.
“This is a great area with a strong high school football culture, and we will be able to show some of those streaming games at Buffalo Wings & Rings for those who can’t make it or just want to enjoy some wings and beers while supporting their squad,” Tolson said.
