Angel named to Belmont University dean’s list
NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Bailey Angel, from Harrodsburg, qualified for the spring 2019 dean’s list at Belmont University. Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C.
Berea College announces spring 2019 dean’s list
BEREA — More than 370 Berea College students were named to the spring 2019 dean’s list.
A student who achieves a GPA of 3.4 or higher, while passing at least four total credits, a course load equivalent to 16 semester hours is named to the dean’s list.
Area students included on the Dean’s List include:
Cameron Brown and Tanika Chasteen of Crab Orchard; Marranne Conge of Junction City; Aaron Lange, Svetlana Patterson, Sarah Staat and Christopher True of Liberty; Kevin Moreno Tapia of Danville; Elijah Nicholson-Messmer of Bryantsville; Arres Reilly of Lancaster; Jacob Uzzle of Paint Lick; Izabella Walker of Stanford; and Jenna Ward of Lancaster.
Berea announces commencement ceremony
BEREA — Berea College would like to congratulate all students who were eligible to have their degree conferred at the 147th Commencement Ceremony held on Sunday, May 5, 2019.
Among those students were:
Emma Batson and Emily Masters of Liberty; Kavita Malstead and Joshua Wilson of Waynesburg; and Arres Reilly of Lancaster.
