First service of Praise and Worship Summer Series
The first service of the summer series will be 6 p.m. Saturday June 1. Praise and Worship Summer Series organizers will pray together on the Pedestrian bridge off of Main Street in Perryville. There will also be a Vacation Bible School for children, a bouncy house, corn hole and croquette games will be set up. Participants are asked to bring a Bible and a lawn chair. The night will close with singing and praying around a campfire.
Revival at Second Street Christian Church
Second Street Christian Church will hold revival services Monday-Wednesday, June 3-5 at 7 p.m. Guest speaker will be Bishop Jeffrey N. Leath of Nashville, Tennessee. Dennis Miller is the pastor.
Homecoming and basket dinner
The annual homecoming and basket dinner will be held at Bethel A.M.E. Church, Boneyville on Sunday, June 2. The 3 p.m. guest will be Bishop Jeffery N. Leath of the 13th Episcopal District. Rev. Reginald Pullums is the host pastor. The public is invited.
