Our featured pets this week are Shadow and Tucker.

Shadow is a 1-year-old black cat that was brought in as a stray. He has medium length fur with cute tuffs of hair coming from his ears and big golden eyes that really stand out against his dark coat. Shadow is a very friendly fellow with a calm personality. He likes to be held and enjoys a soft blanket for his naps. Shadow has been neutered and is ready to go home with you if you choose him for adoption. It’s a fact that black dogs and kitties have a harder time getting adopted, but don’t overlook this handsome boy. Shadow will make a wonderful companion and a great lap warmer for the cold winter days ahead.

Tucker is a handsome 2-year-old Pit Bull mix. He was a stray and his owner has not been found so he has received all his vetting to get him ready for a fresh start in a loving home. Tucker is friendly with people and other dogs. He’s a stoutly built fellow and is mostly white with brown head and tail and a few spots in between. Tucker has an intelligent eye and tries to please and loves to give kisses. Tucker enjoys his play time and would do well where he will be given plenty of exercise and be included in family activities. Come for a meet and greet and see if Tucker is your perfect match.
