News release

At approximately 2:24 p.m. Danville Police were informed of a “bomb” threat to a non-existent address on West Walnut Street.

Danville Police notified nearby Centre College and Ephraim McDowell Hospital due to their proximity and an overabundance of caution.

At this time Danville Police have not located any suspicious items and are working to back track the call.
