The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on June 16, 2020:

• Michael Adams, 35, Danville: two counts first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $1,000 worth of damages to property. Bail was set at $10,000 and Tanner Abbott with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Dequenton Alcorn, 36, Danville: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense, methamphetamine and fentanyl; driving without liability insurance; driving while license was revoked. Bail was set at $20,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
• Jeffery Alcorn, 37, Danville: third-degree assault on an officer by biting. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 Michael Clem with the Boyle County Detention Center testified.
• Richard Alford, 32, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000. TJ Wren with the BCSO testified.
• Lori Baker, 46, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Jessica Barnett, 33, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; first-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $1,000 worth of property damage at Walmart. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Casey Whittle with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Ricky Bishop, 52, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Destiny Bonella, 22, Nicholasville: identity theft; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. David Lewis with the DPD testified.
• Jeremy Conder, 34, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Ivory Coulter, 33, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Wren testified.
• Jamie Daly, 42, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; theft of property valued less than $500 from Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000 and Lewis testified.
• Kobe Ford, 23, Harrodsburg: trafficking in synthetic marijuana. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Thomas Freeman, 43, Harrodsburg: three counts theft of property valued between $500 and $10,000 belonging to Lowe’s. Bail was set at $10,000. Aaron Rainwater with the DPD testified.
• John Ganem, 25, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
• Eric Garcia Nieves, 39, Lexington: first-degree burglary and fled with a firearm. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Whittle testified.
• Cynthia Gould, 43, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Dewey Graves, 38, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Wren testified.

• Holly Jarboe, 36, Nicholasville: two counts wanton endangerment by purchasing a controlled substance in the presence of a child; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia, straw. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Stephanie Rugerio, 23, Danville: criminal facilitation to commit abuse by providing the opportunity for someone to use cruel punishment of a child aged 12 years or young by striking her and placing her in a situation that may cause serious physical injury.
