The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on May 20:

• Zachary Bugg, 32, Lexington: facilitation to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Jessica Crawley, 32, Lexington: possession of drug paraphernalia (syringe); driver’s license to be in possession. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Tanner Abbott with BCSO testified. First-degree promoting contraband into the jail; tampering with physical evidence; possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addison testified.

• Leonel Mendez, 55, Danville: driving under the influence of intoxicants second offense; driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at 10% of $3,000.

• Caroline Mills, 42, Louisville: fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Keith Addison testified for the Danville Police Department.

• Akili Simpson, 20, Danville: trafficking in marijuana; disregarding a stop sign. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000 and Addison testified.

• Brent Thomas,55, Danville: selling simulated controlled substance. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000 and Abbott testified.

• Cedric Thompson, 28, Danville: second-degree disorderly conduct in public. Bail was set at 10% of $1,000 and Abbott testified.

• Ralph Vanover, 48, Lancaster: resisting arrest; second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Braydon Hopp testified for the BCSO.

• Donald Adkins, 40, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addison testified.

• Dequenton Alcorn, 37, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl, second offense; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, cocaine, second offense. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and Abbott testified.

• Mark Anderson, 25, Danville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; driving on revoked license; driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Addison testified.

• Franklin Anness, 47, Stanford: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; first-degree wanton endangerment; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; possession of drug paraphernalia (scales). Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Hopper testified.

• Jason Asbury, 38, Junction City: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for twice for a final sentencing hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 each count. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.

• Robert Bailey, 34, Parksville: two counts fourth-degree assault on a female; two counts first-degree wanton endangerment of a minor; driving on DUI suspended license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Timothy Wren testified for the BCSO.

• Courtney Bowen, 24, Stanford: 11 counts first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument (counterfeit bill). Bail was set at $10,000 and Addison testified.

• Kenneth Burrows, 32, Junction City; third-degree assault of an officer by a persistent felony offender; third-degree burglary by a persistent felony offender by entering Walmart; resisting arrest; criminal attempt to disarm an officer; second-degree disorderly conduct in public.
