Boyle County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Sept. 23:
• Tara Denham, 36, Waynesburg: fraudulent use of a credit card between $500 to $1,000. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Aaron Sparks testified for the Danville Police Department.
• Jared Stevens, 33, Perryville: resisting arrest when he used physical force against an officer arresting him; menacing by intentionally placing a woman in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Taylor Bottom testified for the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office.
• Lisa Anderson, 59, Danville: custodial interference by knowingly and with no legal right to do so, kept a child from the lawful custody of her parent. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Adam Wilson testified for the DPD.
• Caitlin Branson, 36, Berea: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state.
• Joshua Boblitt, 35, Junction City: second-degree burglary when he unlawfully entered a man’s dwelling house; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Bottom testified.
• James Coy, 35, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance by possessing with intent to traffic in two or more grams of meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Keith Addison testified for DPD.
• Joshua Denney, 36, Science Hill: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state.
• Ricky Elmore, 65, Hustonville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a change of plea hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state.
• Lanal Faulkner, 43, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brett Simpson testified for BCSO.
• Tiffany Franklin, 33, Junction City: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; theft by unlawful taking in merchandise between $1,000 and $10,000 from Walmart. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Whitley Ratliff testified for Walmart LP.
• Robert Hayes, 47, Stanford: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state.
• Kerry Holder, 29, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Sparks testified.
• Alyssa Hopkins, 26, Junction City: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state.
• David Jones, 29, Liberty: first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Sparks testified.
• Max Joseph, 43, Danville: five charges of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing, regarding five different indictments. Bail was set at $5,000 for each charge. Kari Wilson testified for the state regarding each charge.
• Jennifer Miller, 39, Harrodsburg: two charges of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing hearing, regarding two different indictments. Bail was set at $5,000 for each charge. Kari Wilson testified for the state regarding each charge.
• Eric Muller, 35, Lexington: first-degree sodomy by engaging in deviate sexual intercourse with a child less than 12 years old. Bail was set at $100,000. Jonathan Walls testified for Kentucky State Police. First-degree sodomy by engaging in deviate sexual intercourse with a female person through the use of forcible compulsion. Bail was set at $100,000. Walls testified.
• Gregory Reed, 36, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Austin Ray testified for the DPD.
• Melissa Sandlin, 45, Elk Horn: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart, theft by unlawful taking items under $500 in value from Walmart. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Ray testified.
• Kyle Todd, 31, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance cocaine; first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; theft by unlawful taking in merchandise with value less than $500 from Lowe’s. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Daniel Grigsby testified for DPD.
• Robert Tudor, 33, Lancaster: two counts of third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; theft by unlawful taking in items with value less than $500 from Walmart. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Norman Lawrence testified for Walmart-LP.
• William Turpin, 33, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Ray testified.
• William Welch, 40, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.
• Jordan White, 34, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state.
• Nicholas Wisecarver, 41, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance cocaine. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.
