Nyla Anne Wright, 70

Nyla Anne Wright, 70, died March 31, 2022. She was born February 7, 1952, in Plattsburgh, New York, daughter of Richard C. Wright and the late Virginia Charlotte Weller Wright. Nyla was a graduate of Tate Creek High School and University of Kentucky with a Bachelors in Home Economics. She was a big fan of libraries and volunteered her time to Boyle County Library. She worked for KU as a Customer Advisor for 25 years until she retired. Nyla was a member of First Christian Church, BPW, Charter Altrusa Club, Red Hat Women’s Club. She was known for her meticulous organization skills and often organized meeting and events for Kentucky Utility Company.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin Graham, two sons, Nathan (Mindy) Graham of Wilmore, and Evan Graham of Nicholasville; four grandchildren, Owen Graham, Piper Graham, Kyle Graham, and Landon Graham; a sister, Sydney Colter of Kyle, Texas; a brother, Douglas Wright of Utica, New York; three nieces and nephews, Kendall (Josh) Dean, William Bass Colter, and Kristin (Dustin) Allan; and four great nieces and nephews, Camden Dean, Charlotte Dean, Nola Allan, and Benjamin Allan.
Family services will be held 11 am, Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at First Christian Church. Rev. Mickey Anders will officiate the service.
